How much does SMS cost?

SMS is an optional add-on. A dedicated number is $15 per month per phone number, plus 10c per outbound SMS message. All prices are GST inclusive.

Can Participants reply to our messages?

Yes. Replies from Participants and their contacts land in a shared SMS inbox that your team can access, so anyone on shift can pick up the conversation.

Can reminders go to a parent or Support Coordinator?

Yes. Choose which of a Participant's contacts should also receive their SMS reminders, such as a parent, guardian or Support Coordinator.

Can I turn off a reminder for one appointment?

Yes. Switch the reminder off for a single support or calendar event without changing the Participant's other settings.

Can we switch SMS off later?

Yes. You can turn SMS off yourself in Settings, with an emailed confirmation before the number is released.
