It's simple but enough, does every thing you need it to without the complicated components that you never use anyway. Sure there a few things like all systems that could be streamlined, but I'm sure soon enough the Astalty team will put in an upgrade to fix these things. I think because it is specifically designed for purpose there is not all these adds to try to make a system do something it was not designed to do. You're not capped in any way re the number of Participant profiles you can create like other platforms (which also cost 3 times as much per month). The responsiveness of the team and the help guides and videos make everything super clear, and the invoicing component is BRILLIANT. I'm not a Xero user, and have no issues at all managing the invoicing side of things in Astalty. I like the CRM and ability to track support coordination budget and hours.Each time I log on there seems to be little improvements which is great.I now use the bulk up load feature for my billing to the NDIS and it works faultlessly.Can not recommend the Astalty platform more highly."
