I find it easy to teach to new users and it enables providers to keep all records and documents in one system that can be accessed by other team members when required, rather than on personal desktops. I like the reports that give an easy overview of the team's billables, missing records, etc. I like the funding tracking, which is critical. There have been a few glitches where Astaly has reflected the wrong funding amount, but this has been limited. Overall, it has been an excellent product, much better than Lumary and other systems I have used. I have found their customer service to also be quick and responsive."

The functionality is great, with many small features that are genuinely helpful. As a small business starting out, the free trial was useful and led me to purchase a subscription. It has allowed me to stop using several separate apps and has reduced a lot of wasted time. Astalty includes most of the features I was looking for in one platform. My favourite feature is the ability to auto-fill documents with participant, provider and plan details, including my own Word documents using placeholders. I particularly appreciated the support guide, the phone/email support, and the free 1:1 for more trickier issues when first finding my way around the software. This software has everything you need to operate a COS business-to track spending, budget a client's plan, store important documents with the ability to set reminders for service agreements, client plans and other documents that require regular review etc. Progress notes are all in one place and I can attach a document to a progress note. The search feature makes it easy to find documents. I skipped the free version and went straight to premium for the document generation (it pre-fills agreements, client plans and NDIS templates) and e-signature software."
