"An accessible and easy to use program for Support Coordinators. Astalty has made my day-to-day as a support coordinator extremely streamlined and easy. I can access e-signature features, budgeting features, participant info and finance in an easy and accessible way. Everything is in one place and easy to use which ensures I can spend my time on supporting participants instead of spending too much time on business admin. I find Astalty to be easy to use, clear and concise. There is a lot of support available if needed and there are a variety of features suited to a variety of users."

"Overall really good. I really like it. While there are a few things I would change, the overall functionality is great. I would recommend. It is good value for money and easy to use. Some pros are: Having everything you need in one place. Being able to make templates. Tracking utilisation of a participants funds when work has been completed. That when you click on information (e.g. NDIS number, addresses) it automatically copies it - so you can quickly transfer information."

"Excellent Support Coordination Platform. Astalty is a great system to use as a Support Coordinator. It is a very user- friendly system that saves significant amount of time by keeping case notes and billing in one convenient place. The NDIS report templates are particularly helpful, as they are easy to access, download, and come with pre-filled information, making report writing much more efficient. I find the KPI tracking feature extremely useful. The graphic display of billed hours provides a clear and easy-to-understand overview of daily performance."
