"Week 4 into my new business (Positive Empowerment) providing Support Coordination services. I have previously used different software to support in managing and keeping notes on participants, but after by chance being sent an email by Astalty I jumped on and had a look and it has been amazing! I have trialled this and I can say I am very very happy with this product and services it provides! "I've used numerous CRM systems for support coordination and case management, and Astalty is the best, by far!Astalty is incredibly well priced and represents insane value for money. You're not capped in any way re the number of Participant profiles you can create like other platforms (which also cost 3 times as much per month). The responsiveness of the team and the help guides and videos make everything super clear, and the invoicing component is BRILLIANT. I'm not a Xero user, and have no issues at all managing the invoicing side of things in Astalty.
