"The First CRM I’ve Actually Enjoyed Using I have been working as a Support Coordinator for over five years and throughout that time I’ve used a range of CRM platforms including ShiftCare, Brevity, VisualCare, and MYP. By far, I have found Vostality to be the most effective and satisfactory platform for my role. As a Support Coordinator, I spend a significant amount of time working within CRM systems, and I’ve found Vostality to be the easiest to navigate and understand. It has made day-to-day workflow much more efficient and has improved my confidence in maintaining documentation, managing budgets, completing shift notes, and accessing templates all within the one system. Overall, it has been a very positive experience so far. I’m looking forward to continuing to build additional templates and further streamline my workflow and documentation processes moving forward.
