I am now 3 months into using Astalty.Astalty is logical and intuitive, and ultimately easy to use.I would encourage new SCs, PRCs and in the future, Navigators, to adopt it as early as possible.Trust me, it's easier to get set up when you only have a few clients to add.While you have the time available, become familiar with the systems, learn how to add implementations to NDIS plan budgets so that you can easily track client spending, and then customise what you need as you grow.1 change that would be useful is the ability to create a client record by uploading an NDIS plan to Astalty. "Easy to use. Very positive. It is simple to use and understand. There are lots of instructional videos and FAQs that more often than not answer any questions I have. find Astalty easy to use. I like how simple it is to search through notes/tasks to find specific information. It makes compliance easy with auto-filling documents with participant information. They implement new ideas to help keep up to date with the forever changing landscape that is the NDIS. I like being able to include alerts at the top of a participant's profile to ensure my colleagues are aware of pertinent information if they need to work with my participant for whatever reason, thus improving safety and quality of service provided to our participants.
