"Value for money. As a new business, we put a lot of thought into choosing the right customer record management system. Astalty was by far the easiest to use and offered the best value for money. Any system issues we've encountered have been resolved quickly, usually within an hour, and we've never experienced a full-day outage. Overall, we've found it to be a reliable and user-friendly platform. One of the features I really like about Astalty is the ability to add photos directly to participant files, which helps personalise records and makes identification easier for staff. The pricing structure is also straightforward, with costs based on the number of users rather than participant numbers. "Excellent Support Coordination Platform. Astalty is a great system to use as a Support Coordinator. It is a very user- friendly system that saves significant amount of time by keeping case notes and billing in one convenient place. The NDIS report templates are particularly helpful, as they are easy to access, download, and come with pre-filled information, making report writing much more efficient. I find the KPI tracking feature extremely useful. The graphic display of billed hours provides a clear and easy-to-understand overview of daily performance."

"(I wrote the below review 2 years ago and I'm still with them. The review is still accurate. My company has tripled in size since the original review and it has grown with us. The changes in the platform have been what we have been asking for with a few extra we didn't. If you're looking for a platform for Support Coordination stop looking Astalty is the best)I signed up to Astalty after trailing a few other premium platforms. I am very glad I did and have not regretted my decision.Astalty is incredibly easy to use and probably the best platform for Support Coordinators as everything is built around tasks.James has been incredibly responsive with minor bugs and feedback. Most of the time he knows there is an issue before I do. When I find an issue/bug its fixed the same day. Communication is fantastic. James encourages feedback and I genuinely feel I have a say as to what features should be included. It almost feels like it was built just for me. I have several other support coordinators who use the Astalty and they are grateful we switched. It saves them so much time tracking tasks and doing admin and they can provide more support to our participants. As an owner/manager Asltaly provides clear and easy-to-see data on how we are tracking billable hours and funding. Overall, it's been one of the most suitable programs I've used while working in this industry, and it seems like it's continually adapting based on provider needs, which is essential in working in this space. "Powerful App That Has Saved Me Time. I spent a couple of weeks searching for the right app, and Astalty was the best fit I found. The functionality is great, with many small features that are genuinely helpful. As a small business starting out, the free trial was useful and led me to purchase a subscription. It has allowed me to stop using several separate apps and has reduced a lot of wasted time. Astalty includes most of the features I was looking for in one platform. My favourite feature is the ability to auto-fill documents with participant, provider and plan details, including my own Word documents using placeholders. Compared with Akuety, Astalty feels much more advanced and better suited to how I work."
