"Over 20 years in Client Services Team within Community field including Health Departments I have use a lot of different CRM's. ASTALTY is definitely one of my favourites. It's simple but enough, does every thing you need it to without the complicated components that you never use anyway. Sure there a few things like all systems that could be streamlined, but I'm sure soon enough the Astalty team will put in an upgrade to fix these things. I think because it is specifically designed for purpose there is not all these adds to try to make a system do something it was not designed to do. Looking into new CRM providers was overwhelming with so much on the market however when we connected with Astalty we knew it was the platform we wanted to be on. The task seemed overwhelming moving all our participants data across from one CRM to another but Astalty supported immensely in that process. The changes in the platform have been what we have been asking for with a few extra we didn't. If you're looking for a platform for Support Coordination stop looking Astalty is the best)I signed up to Astalty after trailing a few other premium platforms. I am very glad I did and have not regretted my decision.Astalty is incredibly easy to use and probably the best platform for Support Coordinators as everything is built around tasks.James has been incredibly responsive with minor bugs and feedback. Most of the time he knows there is an issue before I do. When I find an issue/bug its fixed the same day. Communication is fantastic. James encourages feedback and I genuinely feel I have a say as to what features should be included. It almost feels like it was built just for me. I have several other support coordinators who use the Astalty and they are grateful we switched. It saves them so much time tracking tasks and doing admin and they can provide more support to our participants. As an owner/manager Asltaly provides clear and easy-to-see data on how we are tracking billable hours and funding. "Easy to use. Very positive. It is simple to use and understand. There are lots of instructional videos and FAQs that more often than not answer any questions I have. find Astalty easy to use. I like how simple it is to search through notes/tasks to find specific information. It makes compliance easy with auto-filling documents with participant information. They implement new ideas to help keep up to date with the forever changing landscape that is the NDIS. I like being able to include alerts at the top of a participant's profile to ensure my colleagues are aware of pertinent information if they need to work with my participant for whatever reason, thus improving safety and quality of service provided to our participants.
