"Powerful App That Has Saved Me Time. I spent a couple of weeks searching for the right app, and Astalty was the best fit I found. The functionality is great, with many small features that are genuinely helpful. As a small business starting out, the free trial was useful and led me to purchase a subscription. It has allowed me to stop using several separate apps and has reduced a lot of wasted time. Astalty includes most of the features I was looking for in one platform. "I was told about Astalty by a friend So I tried it out and I've been with them for several months and purchased the full subscription. I do all my admin in the evening and whenever I need help I email and I get a quick response even during the day if I want to know something I can ring and my phone calls return pretty quickly. Nothing's too small or large trust me I've asked plenty of questions And I'm always happy with the results. and if I want to look up the help myself there's a tab on the top left where you can access all the information you need. so why not check it out you have 14 days for free! What I love most is that it pairs up with Xero And the invoices are so easy to reconcile....Astalty team are awesome and their communication and feedback is quick and very helpful."

Overall, it's been one of the most suitable programs I've used while working in this industry, and it seems like it's continually adapting based on provider needs, which is essential in working in this space. I LOVE the 'Implementations' feature to help people plan out their budget for the whole duration of their NDIS Plan, so they can be confident in knowing that they won't run out of funds early. I also love that we get notifications a few weeks before their Plans end so we can start to prepare reports.
