"(I wrote the below review 2 years ago and I'm still with them. The review is still accurate. My company has tripled in size since the original review and it has grown with us. The changes in the platform have been what we have been asking for with a few extra we didn't. If you're looking for a platform for Support Coordination stop looking Astalty is the best)I signed up to Astalty after trailing a few other premium platforms. I am very glad I did and have not regretted my decision.Astalty is incredibly easy to use and probably the best platform for Support Coordinators as everything is built around tasks.James has been incredibly responsive with minor bugs and feedback. Most of the time he knows there is an issue before I do. When I find an issue/bug its fixed the same day. Communication is fantastic. James encourages feedback and I genuinely feel I have a say as to what features should be included. It almost feels like it was built just for me. I have several other support coordinators who use the Astalty and they are grateful we switched. It saves them so much time tracking tasks and doing admin and they can provide more support to our participants. As an owner/manager Asltaly provides clear and easy-to-see data on how we are tracking billable hours and funding. I almost don’t want to recommend Astalty as I feel it gives me an edge over the competition 😊"

"I was told about Astalty by a friend So I tried it out and I've been with them for several months and purchased the full subscription. I do all my admin in the evening and whenever I need help I email and I get a quick response even during the day if I want to know something I can ring and my phone calls return pretty quickly. Nothing's too small or large trust me I've asked plenty of questions And I'm always happy with the results. and if I want to look up the help myself there's a tab on the top left where you can access all the information you need. so why not check it out you have 14 days for free! "I recently started my own independent Support Coordination business after five years working in the role with medium size businesses.I have been used to using larger enterprise based systems but I have to say Astalty has been very easy to learn and use. I like the CRM and ability to track support coordination budget and hours.Each time I log on there seems to be little improvements which is great.I now use the bulk up load feature for my billing to the NDIS and it works faultlessly.Can not recommend the Astalty platform more highly."
