FlowLogic is a cloud-based NDIS management platform built by Datanova, covering participant management, rostering, billing, compliance, and direct PRODA and PACE claiming. It also extends into aged care and Support at Home, making it a good fit for providers operating across multiple funding streams. Over 200 built-in NDIS-ready forms, a self-service participant portal, and Xero and MYOB integrations round out the platform.

Astalty is Australian-built NDIS software made by people who have worked directly in the sector. When you call us, you're talking to someone who has actually sat in the role you're in now. Bringing scheduling, invoicing, compliance, and business operations into a single platform built to grow with you, from solo support coordinators to multi-site NDIS providers, with flat per-user pricing, no confusing tiers, and support that's with you every step of the way.
Any comparison you find online, including the one you were hoping to find here, was almost certainly written by someone with something to sell. So rather than dressing up our pitch as a fair fight, we'd rather just be straight with you.
Ask Facebook. Find the NDIS provider groups and ask real people what they use and what they think. Look for reviews on independent platforms. The truth about any piece of software lives in the comments section, not on the landing pages of the companies selling it.

This software has everything you need to operate a COS business-to track spending, budget a client's plan, store important documents with the ability to set reminders for service agreements, client plans and other documents that require regular review etc. Progress notes are all in one place and I can attach a document to a progress note. The search feature makes it easy to find documents. I skipped the free version and went straight to premium for the document generation (it pre-fills agreements, client plans and NDIS templates) and e-signature software."

You're not capped in any way re the number of Participant profiles you can create like other platforms (which also cost 3 times as much per month). The responsiveness of the team and the help guides and videos make everything super clear, and the invoicing component is BRILLIANT. I'm not a Xero user, and have no issues at all managing the invoicing side of things in Astalty.
