I particularly appreciated the support guide, the phone/email support, and the free 1:1 for more trickier issues when first finding my way around the software. This software has everything you need to operate a COS business-to track spending, budget a client's plan, store important documents with the ability to set reminders for service agreements, client plans and other documents that require regular review etc. Progress notes are all in one place and I can attach a document to a progress note. The search feature makes it easy to find documents. I skipped the free version and went straight to premium for the document generation (it pre-fills agreements, client plans and NDIS templates) and e-signature software."
