"Over 20 years in Client Services Team within Community field including Health Departments I have use a lot of different CRM's. ASTALTY is definitely one of my favourites. It's simple but enough, does every thing you need it to without the complicated components that you never use anyway. Sure there a few things like all systems that could be streamlined, but I'm sure soon enough the Astalty team will put in an upgrade to fix these things. I think because it is specifically designed for purpose there is not all these adds to try to make a system do something it was not designed to do.
