Jonathon looks after Marketing and Development at Astalty. He is passionate about driving results through creative and innovative thinking. Through Astalty's solutions, he hopes that businesses will be able to operate more efficiently.
Jonathon is passionate about supporting people with a disability, and outside of Astalty, he is the Managing Director of a Lake Macquarie based disability service provider.
Jonathon has a keen interest in business and, in 2021, won the Lake Macquarie Young Business Leader Award at the Lake Macquarie Business Awards.

James looks after the development of Astalty. James has created innovative digital solutions for small to medium businesses across Australia and abroad for several years.
After starting his own software development company, Lion Eagle Solutions, he has helped several businesses streamline their processes by building software that solves real problems.
James is motivated by building creative solutions that make a difference. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his family.

Due December 2021, Astalty Lite, a cloud-based software built for Support Coordinators, will be released with a free plan available. The product will allow Support Coordinators to manage their Participant information, organise their workload, and give them access to tools to streamline their processes.
Future iterations of the product will allow users to pay for further features such as payroll, bulk-uploading invoices to the NDIS Provider Portal, access to E-signature software, and the ability to manage a team of Support Coordinators.
