Frequently asked questions

Who is counted as a User?

A User is anyone who has a login to your Astalty organisation. We do not charge based on the number of Participants.

Are there any extra or hidden costs?

No. We do not charge for training or onboarding. If you subscribe to a plan that has additional charges (such as 2-way SMS and email), these charges will be communicated to you upfront when you subscribe. We are committed to simple and transparent pricing.

How do I pay for Astalty?

Astalty is billed monthly and charged to your stored payment method. Your credit card information and payments are handled by Stripe on our behalf.

Can I change the billing cycle?

Currently, we only support monthly billing through your stored payment method.

How secure is my credit card information?

All credit card details are securely stored by our PCI DSS compliant payment processor, Stripe. You can read more about Stripe's security practices at https://stripe.com. Astalty only stores the last 4 digits of your default payment method as a quick reference for you.

Can I pay by bank deposit?

Unfortunately, Stripe does not accept bank deposits at this time.

If I downgrade my subscription, will I lose any data?

No. We do not delete any data when a subscription is changed. You will simply lose access to certain features within Astalty.
