"The First CRM I’ve Actually Enjoyed Using I have been working as a Support Coordinator for over five years and throughout that time I’ve used a range of CRM platforms including ShiftCare, Brevity, VisualCare, and MYP. By far, I have found Vostality to be the most effective and satisfactory platform for my role. As a Support Coordinator, I spend a significant amount of time working within CRM systems, and I’ve found Vostality to be the easiest to navigate and understand. It has made day-to-day workflow much more efficient and has improved my confidence in maintaining documentation, managing budgets, completing shift notes, and accessing templates all within the one system. "Astalty is the 5th Support Coordination software package that I looked at, and within the first few days of trialling it and getting feedback from my support team, I had decided to go ahead. I am now 3 months into using Astalty.Astalty is logical and intuitive, and ultimately easy to use.I would encourage new SCs, PRCs and in the future, Navigators, to adopt it as early as possible.Trust me, it's easier to get set up when you only have a few clients to add.While you have the time available, become familiar with the systems, learn how to add implementations to NDIS plan budgets so that you can easily track client spending, and then customise what you need as you grow.1 change that would be useful is the ability to create a client record by uploading an NDIS plan to Astalty. Once the plan format settles after the changeover to PACE is completed this is likely to be easier to implement.Thanks for providing a good solution."
