"Excellent Support Coordination Platform. Astalty is a great system to use as a Support Coordinator. It is a very user- friendly system that saves significant amount of time by keeping case notes and billing in one convenient place. The NDIS report templates are particularly helpful, as they are easy to access, download, and come with pre-filled information, making report writing much more efficient. I find the KPI tracking feature extremely useful. The graphic display of billed hours provides a clear and easy-to-understand overview of daily performance."

"Easy to use. Very positive. It is simple to use and understand. There are lots of instructional videos and FAQs that more often than not answer any questions I have. find Astalty easy to use. I like how simple it is to search through notes/tasks to find specific information. It makes compliance easy with auto-filling documents with participant information. They implement new ideas to help keep up to date with the forever changing landscape that is the NDIS. I like being able to include alerts at the top of a participant's profile to ensure my colleagues are aware of pertinent information if they need to work with my participant for whatever reason, thus improving safety and quality of service provided to our participants. From companies that charged you per client that you have, to companies that charged $10,000 just to teach you how to use their software. To companies that have absolutely zero support - just pretty picture's.Now that I have signed up with Astalty, I can hand on heart, honestly say I am thankful that I have found such an amazing software, that comes with very proactive and supportive people running it.Astalty does everything I need but the best things for me are:1. It is packed with organised sections (for my little OCD self) so I can have as much or as little information in areas with quick access to them.2.
