"I've used numerous CRM systems for support coordination and case management, and Astalty is the best, by far!Astalty is incredibly well priced and represents insane value for money. You're not capped in any way re the number of Participant profiles you can create like other platforms (which also cost 3 times as much per month). The responsiveness of the team and the help guides and videos make everything super clear, and the invoicing component is BRILLIANT. I'm not a Xero user, and have no issues at all managing the invoicing side of things in Astalty. I was adament I would keep my manual invoicing process in place when I made the switch to Astalty, but the boys convinced me to trust the system - and as a result I've now got an extra 2 to 3 hours a fortnight!"

"Easy to use, I love that I can make a task at any time for any participant and don't have to go to their file first. I love that I can generate NDIS forms with all the participants names and mine already pre-filled. I love how easy I can copy information and can copy the NDIS nr from my overview for any participant. The only thing I would like, or haven't found yet is how to put my participants in alphabetical order. I also have not checked the help info yet, which is very extensive.
