"Easy to use, I love that I can make a task at any time for any participant and don't have to go to their file first. I love that I can generate NDIS forms with all the participants names and mine already pre-filled. I love how easy I can copy information and can copy the NDIS nr from my overview for any participant. The only thing I would like, or haven't found yet is how to put my participants in alphabetical order. I also have not checked the help info yet, which is very extensive. Would recommend Astalty for any SC. for sure."

"So Many Helpful Functions! Overall, it's been one of the most suitable programs I've used while working in this industry, and it seems like it's continually adapting based on provider needs, which is essential in working in this space. I LOVE the 'Implementations' feature to help people plan out their budget for the whole duration of their NDIS Plan, so they can be confident in knowing that they won't run out of funds early. I also love that we get notifications a few weeks before their Plans end so we can start to prepare reports. I also love that on the task board we have a progress wheel so I can see where I'm up to in my weekly billable hours. I also love being able to generate templates, which saves me a lot of time!"

Some pros are: Having everything you need in one place. Being able to make templates. Tracking utilisation of a participants funds when work has been completed. "Over 20 years in Client Services Team within Community field including Health Departments I have use a lot of different CRM's. ASTALTY is definitely one of my favourites. It's simple but enough, does every thing you need it to without the complicated components that you never use anyway. Sure there a few things like all systems that could be streamlined, but I'm sure soon enough the Astalty team will put in an upgrade to fix these things. I think because it is specifically designed for purpose there is not all these adds to try to make a system do something it was not designed to do. I have been able to work most parts out myself without having to consult the user guides....this is how straight forward it is.....IT JUST MAKES SENSE. #iluvastalty"
