I'm the founder of Taskaroo Solutions, a business operations and virtual assistant support consultancy working with NDIS and community services providers across Australia. I've spent over 20 years across operations, HR, and systems consulting, including building out Astalty at a national operations level, cleaning up messy systems, and helping providers actually use it properly instead of just surviving it.

I mainly work with NDIS and community services providers, Whether it's untangling a CRM that's grown out of control, setting up compliance and onboarding systems from scratch, or just being the person who gets the operational side sorted so you can focus on your clients, that's where I come in.

I run Taskaroo Solutions out of the Gold Coast and work with clients Australia wide. Every client engagement also supports the Taskaroo Impact Initiative, a wildlife conservation partnership with the Australian Wildlife Conservancy, so working with me does a bit of good beyond your own business too.
