About Astalty

Astalty is a leading software provider for NDIS businesses.

Our mission is simple: become the obvious choice for NDIS software.

We build powerful tools that are easy to use, designed by people who understand how NDIS businesses actually operate.

We have doubled revenue year-on-year for the past two years and now support over 1,300 NDIS businesses across Australia, backed by 300+ 5-star Google reviews.

We are building fast. Scheduling and rostering is scaling rapidly, new modules are in development, and our roadmap is ambitious.

Our values shape how we operate:

  • Treat customers better than anyone else

  • Solve real problems with deep understanding

  • Move fast and get sh*t done

This is a high-ownership, performance-oriented environment. We are not corporate. We are decisive, direct and execution focused.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Astalty, you are responsible for converting qualified prospects into customers. You will manage the full sales journey for your allocated leads, from first contact through to closed MRR.

This includes:

  • Engaging inbound and outbound leads from marketing campaigns, trials and direct outreach

  • Qualifying prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile

  • Running structured discovery conversations

  • Delivering tailored product demonstrations

  • Providing clear, concise follow-up

  • Progressing and closing aligned opportunities

This role operates primarily within HubSpot. You are accountable for maintaining a clean, accurate pipeline and executing defined sales playbooks with discipline.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $105,000, depending on the individual’s experience and capability. This package also includes a commission component tied to closed MRR.

Why Join Astalty?

You’ll be joining a company in genuine growth mode.

You’ll work directly with the founders in a lean, ambitious team that values speed, ownership and results.

You’ll have real input into how we refine our sales systems, messaging and go-to-market strategy.

We are fully remote across Australia and collaborate via Slack and Google. We invest in continuous learning and professional development.

If you want growth, accountability, and the chance to help shape a scaling SaaS company in the NDIS sector, this is it.
