Astalty's PAPL Response

Supporting Our Community: Astalty's Response to the NDIS PAPL Price Freeze

In light of the recent NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Pricing Limits (PAPL) price freeze for Support Coordination, Astalty is stepping up to support our valued customers. We understand the challenges faced by businesses in the disability sector, especially with stagnant price caps and rising operational costs.

Financial Relief Through Subscription Discounts

To alleviate some of these pressures, Astalty is providing over $17,000 in subscription discounts. For every organisation that uses Astalty, we will be providing a $10 discount per user on their next invoice. For instance, a team of 10 users will receive a $100 discount, reflecting our commitment to supporting providers.

Commitment to the Community

At Astalty, we're not just a software provider; we're deeply embedded in the disability sector. Our daily interactions with providers give us first hand insight into the operational hurdles they face. Overheads are rising, margins are tightening, and critical costs like work cover premiums have escalated significantly in recent years.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

Despite these challenges, Astalty remains dedicated to supporting businesses in the disability sector. We understand the importance of sustainability and are dedicated to finding solutions that help our users thrive and operate efficiently through technology.
